Zylectra is a physics-informed AI platform for lithium-ion battery diagnostics. It predicts cell-level failures 4-8 months in advance and identifies the root cause (SEI growth, lithium plating, active material loss, lithium inventory loss), with actionable recommendations. Unlike pattern-matching or statistical tools, our models are built on battery electrochemistry physics, giving accurate diagnosis even on data patterns not seen before. It runs entirely on existing BMS/telemetry data, no new hardware required, making it deployable across EV fleets, OEM quality checks, and BESS operations.
