Brief description of the product/ process/ service

The manufacturing of aluminum and allied products involves a series of complex processes, starting from raw material extraction to producing finished goods used in various industries. It begins with the mining of bauxite, the primary source of aluminum. Bauxite is refined through the Bayer process, where it is crushed, mixed with sodium hydroxide, and subjected to high temperature and pressure to extract alumina (aluminum oxide). The alumina is then converted into pure aluminum using the Hall-Héroult process, an electrolytic method where alumina is dissolved in molten cryolite and subjected to electric current to reduce it to molten aluminum.
