High-quality stainless steel billets or strips (primarily containing chromium, nickel, and other alloying elements) are chosen to meet specific industry requirements.The selected raw material is rolled into the shape of a pipe. Depending on the method, the pipes can be either seamless (formed from solid billets through extrusion) or welded (formed by rolling stainless steel strips into cylindrical shapes and welding the seam).The pipes undergo heat treatment to relieve stress and improve their strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. This process also ensures a consistent grain structure throughout the pipe.The pipes are polished or pickled to improve their surface quality, remove impurities, and enhance corrosion resistance. Depending on the application, finishes can vary from a rough surface to a highly polished one.
