While this solution is applicable across various industries, we are initially deploying it in the telecom sector to improve monitoring and compliance in tower maintenance and repair activities. How the System Works Child Device: • Attached to the harness clamp to detect opening and closing actions. • Confirms whether the rigger (technician climbing the tower) is wearing the safety harness. • Designed as a plug-and-play device, making it compatible with any industry-standard clamp. Main Device: • Collects data from the Child Device. • Tracks altitude and location of the rigger. • Enables live streaming of on-site activities for real-time supervision. Mobile Application: • Captures real-time location of both the rigger and supervisor. • Alerts if a supervisor moves out of the designated location, ensuring they remain present throughout the activity (as per compliance requirements). Web Application: Acts as a data visualization tool for monitoring remote field activities, including: • Number of active towers where work is being carried out. • Battery status of the Main Device to ensure continuous operation. • Battery status of the Child Devices to prevent unexpected failures. • Current altitude of the rigger to monitor climbing activity. • Alarms and alerts for safety violations or device malfunctions.
