The platform comprises three mobile applications, all built on Flutter for Android and iOS, with a shared Node.js backend hosted on Google Cloud Platform: 1. Customer App — Allows homeowners, builders, contractors, offices, and housing societies to browse verified local vendors, generate AI-powered material cost estimates (room dimensions → exact material quantities + price range in 60 seconds), place orders, make payments via Razorpay, book verified skilled labour (masons, electricians, carpenters), and track order and delivery status in real time. 2. Vendor App — Allows local shopkeepers, wholesalers, and material suppliers to list their inventory, manage incoming orders, update pricing, respond to customer inquiries, and track earnings — replacing the current fragmented, phone-call-driven procurement process with a structured, transparent digital workflow. 3. Delivery Partner App — Allows registered delivery partners and logistics providers to receive order assignments, navigate to vendor and customer locations via GPS tracking, confirm pickups and deliveries, upload proof of delivery, and track their daily earnings — enabling Homat's last-mile delivery network across Gurgaon. The platform's core innovation is its AI Cost Estimator — a proprietary tool that eliminates expensive manual estimates (currently ₹5,000–15,000 per project) by generating accurate material lists and cost ranges instantly and free of charge, serving as the primary customer acquisition engine. Homat directly addresses five structural gaps in India's ₹740 billion construction market: lack of unified vendor discovery, hidden contractor commissions of 10–20%, unverified skilled labour with no booking system, government compliance blind spots, and chronic 30–50% project budget overruns.
