R3Bin is Fostride's AI-powered smart waste segregation system and the primary deployment interface for W.I.S.E. (Waste Intelligent Sorting Engine), our proprietary AI-powered waste intelligence platform. Designed to improve segregation at source, R3Bin identifies and classifies waste in real time using computer vision and machine learning, guiding users toward accurate disposal while capturing structured waste data at the point of generation. Every waste item processed through R3Bin contributes to W.I.S.E., continuously improving the AI through real-world datasets and creating a compounding intelligence layer. Beyond segregation, the platform generates real-time waste analytics, contamination insights, traceability, and audit-ready ESG data that help organizations optimize recycling, monitor sustainability performance, and meet compliance requirements. Having successfully validated the technology through live pilots at Brookfield Properties (Powai) and Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Fostride is building an end-to-end waste intelligence ecosystem that will expand into smart collection, transport tracking, fill-level monitoring, Material Recovery Facility (MRF) intelligence, a digital waste marketplace, and carbon accounting—creating the data infrastructure needed to power the circular economy.
