The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC 7.0) of J.C. Bose University organized "Ideathon-2025" on March 19, 2025, in collaboration with the Industrial Relation Cell. The event provided a platform for budding entrepreneurs to generate and present innovative solutions to specific challenges across six themes: Agriculture, Health and Well-being, Environment Protection, Sustainable Energy, Product Design and Engineering, and Electric Vehicle. Twenty-three teams from the university and nearby colleges participated, showcasing their ideas in the Smart Class Room. The judges evaluated the teams based on innovation, market viability, prototype availability, social and economic impact, and presentation skills. The event highlighted the significance of ideation in fostering innovation and collaboration, allowing students to develop practical solutions to real-world problems like smart waste management and sustainable development.
