As part of our comprehensive stakeholder engagement and incubation outreach program, our team visited 15 universities and incubation centers across Gurugram,Faridabad and the National Capital Region (NCR). The primary objective of these visits was to sensitize incubators and startups about the available support mechanisms, government initiatives, and potential collaborative opportunities that can foster their growth and innovation.

During these interactions, our team explored potential partnership opportunities with the incubation centers to strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem. We identified areas of growth for these centers, including infrastructure development, mentorship programs, and access to funding support. Additionally, we assessed the operational models of various incubators to pinpoint best practices and areas for improvement. This exercise enabled us to gain valuable insights into the incubation landscape and develop targeted strategies to support the growth of startups and incubators in the region.
