Our programs are based on SDGs - SDG1 No Poverty, SDG4 Quality Education and SDG 6 - Clean Water & Sanitation, SDG8 - Decent Work & economic Growth. Our skilling programs are Demand Driven Training model & Co-created sector specific training modules: - a) First getting demand in hand from employer with clear requirement of eligibility wrt skills, education, age etc. Basis these inputs mobilize, train and place candidates. b) Co-create course modules with employer for better fitment of youth, thus better job matching and less attrition. c) Post placement support to youth, understanding and resolving any workplace challenge thus helping them settle down in new job and also increase job retention. d) Mandate 50% women participation in program and work to get them placed in sustainable jobs. e) In addition to domain/sector specific skills, focus on Life Skills, Employability skills & Financial Literacy to ensure holistic development of trainees. 2. Working on Entrepreneurship Development Program: - Our focus is also to train and make youth Job creators. Our Entrepreneurship Development Program, supports young persons with Business Idea generation, market survey to validate the business idea, supporting in business plan creation, compliances in place and financial support through various schemes/bank loans. Providing mentorship support for 1st full year to ensure sustainability of enterprise. At least 50% Women participation to ensure that women are able to create enterprises (home based also) and contribute in job creation along with being financially independent. 3. Supporting ITI/Degree College candidates: - with critical 21st century transferable skills such as Communication Skills, Leadership, Confidence, Knowing Self, Team Work, Critical and Creative thinking, Interview & Presentation skills etc. Thus ensuring they are able to present the knowledge learnt through ITI/Colleges and are able to not only clear interviews but able to survive in modern workplace situations. Creating boot-camp/capsule program to fill skill gap and provide required final touch and also connect with employers to create win-win proposition for all stakeholders. 4. Women Participation in Workforce: - a) Creating relevant training programs for women to equip them with required skill sets for in-demand job roles. b) Parents counselling before start of program and during course of training to create support for young girls and buy-in from parents for supporting them take up jobs. c) Orientation to employers in order to create safe and equal opportunity workplaces. d) Domain skilling programs along with life skills to ensure young girl get good career opportunities and sustainable jobs. 5. Quality Education:- We work to provide infrastructure support to Government Schools in Rural areas with the help of our Donors funds. Under this initiative we provide Smart Class through Smart Boards, Desktops, Projectors, Clean Water through Water coolers & RO, Furniture, Stationery and uniform to students. We also support by building or renovating Toilets in the schools.
