The State Data Center Policy would specifically incentivize the Data Center Industry to locate itself in Haryana and also provide impetus to the development and growth of a large Data Center Industry in the State.

The vision of the policy is to establish Haryana as a competitive and favoured investment destination, achieve regional development, export diversification and augment livelihood opportunities for its people through resilient economic development. The policy objective is to attract investments of INR 1 lakh crore and generate 5 lakh jobs in the State.

This policy targets to transform Haryana into a global Logistics, Warehousing and Retail hub, which is well equipped with state-of-the-art Logistics & Warehousing infrastructure, a conducive regulatory environment and a mechanism for maximizing returns for retailers and providing best buying experience to the end consumer.

The policy aims to transform Haryana in to a hub for the Pharmaceutical industry to do business and thrive; by facilitating a conducive and holistic industrial ecosystem comprising robust infrastructure, financial assistance and a simplified regulatory regime.

This policy aims to establish Haryana as the country’s preferred business hub, by providing an enabling ecosystem for trailblazers of economic growth — MSMEs and Small Businesses.

The objective of the State Industrial Infrastructure Development Scheme is to create and up-grade/strengthen the industrial infrastructure for the promotion of Industrialization in the state as one of the initiative under Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) mandate.

Government of Haryana envisions to create a prosperous rural economy by achieving accelerated growth in farm sector through creation of strong value chain linkages, thrust on research and establishment of state of the art infrastructure in agro and food processing sector.

The Policy aims to create conducive environment to attract private investment in biomass projects, Harness biomass based power/ biogas/ bio-CNG/ bio-manure/ bio-fuels etc as it has huge potentional of energy with sustainable environmental benefits through techno-economically viable technologies and to support research and development, demonstration and commercialization of new technologies.

The Policy aims to promote generation of green and clean power in the State using solar energy, to create conditions conducive to the participation of private and public sector as well as PPP in the promotion and setting up of up Solar Energy based power projects in the State. Productive use of wastelands / non - agricultural lands thereby leading to socioeconomic transformation and a reduction in regional disparities in development. Employment generation and skill up gradation of the youth.
